Behavioral Health Services

Services provided for adults, adolescents, and children include: outpatient counseling for individuals, couples, and families; psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management.

​Social Services

Services for patients include psycho-social assessment, crisis intervention, domestic violence screening and intervention, advocacy, and transportation.  Caseworkers connect patients to appropriate community resources and assist patients in navigating the health care and insurance systems.
